Beach Bunny

Hi everyone! We have some guest photographers for these pictures, my Grandma and Grandpa! They took me to the beach last week. It was awesome. Mom really wishes she could take the credit for this picture, because she loves it so much.

In case you didn't notice in that picture above, I'd like to point out that I am not wearing shoes in the sand! I even put my bare little toes in the water. Shocking, I know.

Now if you remember my beach outings last summer, (which I know you do, because what is more memorable than me going to the beach a YEAR ago) I hated having sand on me at all. I even hated having sand on my bucket and shovel or anything else.

You can see I no longer have that problem.

Silly and Weird

It's me again! It's been awhile since I've had a good extreme close-up, so I thought I would share one and let you all admire the whites of my eyes. They're cute, aren't they.

Lazy weekend mornings are the best. I get to stay in my PJs all morning, and even hang out in Mom and Dad's bed. Dad usually tries to cuddle with me, but as I've told him time and time again, beds are made for jumping on. Duh.

This is me trying to pretend that I'm totally not paying attention to Mom and the camera, even though I was dying to get my hands on that thing! I'm a pro at that whole reverse psychology stuff.

Sometimes I like to have crazy hair and wear my sunglasses upside down. I know, it's a little weird...

...but with half of my DNA coming from this guy, what did you expect?

Easter Bunnies

I hope you all had a great Easter! Mine was awesome. Here I am with Dad in my pretty Easter dress. Dad looks pretty too, doesn't he? I told him that color really brought out his eyes.

I spent Easter with the family, but I hope they know how lucky they were that I made it, considering how busy I am and how many phone calls I had to make. There's no rest for very important people such as myself.

Here I am playing with Andrew and Abigail. I'm not sure where Shane was, but I figured that was okay since he looks just a bit like Andrew. Just a tiny bit.

Grandma has all these awesome dollhouses, that I love so much. I love that I can control everything that an entire family does, from where they sit to when they eat to when they go to bed. You know, now that I think about it, that's not a whole lot different from my normal life. Please see my comment above about very important people.

So you noticed I'm not in my pretty Easter dress anymore? That's because I figured the best way to finish off a great Easter was to sit in a tub full of water while still in my dress. I was only trying to make less laundry for Mom to do. I'm thoughtful like that.

Duplicity

So there are two sides to everyone, right? That is totally true in my case. I have a very sweet side, where I make puppy dog eyes at Mom and Dad and tell them I love them and want to give them a hug.

I just flash a smile and they have no idea about my crazy side that is just dying to get out!

My crazy side is the one that likes to wear dirty shirts and no pants out in public, and splash around until there is more water outside the pool than in it.

You know, sometimes being so sweet can take its toll and a girl just needs to let her hair down.

But when my crazy side comes out I just can't be held responsible for what I might do. I just have to make sure Dad understands that he is no match for me. Don't worry, though, I only hurt him a little.

AGAIN

I know, I know, going to Disneyland is a total non-event around this place any more, but I can't help it. How can you not love a place where you get to see Pinocchio and Small World all in the same day?!

Here we are outside of Pinocchio. The ride broke down and we couldn't get on for like twenty whole minutes. What I wanted to know was why couldn't it break down when I was already on the ride? That would have been awesome.

Here I am with Grandma and Grandpa (and Dad's hand) on the carousel. I keep asking Mom and Dad for a pony, but this is the closest I've come. I keep my room clean, eat all my vegetables, and still no pony. Can someone come rescue me?

Have I ever mentioned before that I love Small World? I have? Well that's good because I really love Small World. Like a lot.

Mom just wanted to post this picture so that you could all see the lovely shade of orange that is my stroller. She thought maybe this would make Dad buy me one that didn't make me want to put on sunglasses. What do you think Dad?

This is the Brother Bear park over in California Adventure, which has all kinds of bridges and slides and other fun things, so of course I had to spend a whole bunch of time there. I think it's hilarious how I can get four adults to do anything I want for a whole day. I'm obviously pretty powerful.

My other big news for this week? My big girl bed! Isn't it awesome?!
