Blech.

This week I'm feeling a little under the weather. Have you seen the movie The Exorcist? It was kind of like that. In the middle of the night. I just like throwing some new challenges to Mom and Dad here and there, you know, just to keep things interesting. So, since I figured you might not want to see photographic evidence of my stomach contents, I thought I would show you some pictures from some recent trips to Sea World instead.

These first couple of pictures were from a girls only trip to Sea World. Mom and I went after Christmas while she was still off from work, but they still had all the holiday decorations up. I especially loved this one area where you would pose by this giant postcard. But because I'm so little, Mom could either fit the whole scene in while barely being able to see me, or else, make it so that you could see my cuteness and not see the whole postcard. Not a hard decision, let me tell you.

Dad got a little jealous when he saw how much fun we had, so he had to come along on our next trip. I even got him to climb up this rope/net thing with me.

Dad kept falling over. It was so embarrassing. I was trying to act like I didn't know him, just in case my friends were around.

He's totally ruining my cover!

9.5 Overall

Here I am, back at the "big park." I love this park so much that I'll even keep my hat on if it means I can go there. No small feat, let me tell you.

Look how strong I am! I love swinging from the bar right before I drop down the slide. I'm a little daredevil like that.

I'm also really good at climbing up this rope ladder. I don't even need Mom or Dad to help me at all anymore.

And seriously, have you ever seen a more talented slider? Look at the form, the trailing hand for balance, and the proper "foot-forward" technique. That's at least a 9.5 performance.

I think that's why I like coming to this park so much, because I can show off what an experienced park goer I am. It's taken me years, but I've got it down now. Feel free to contact me for lessons.

Schoolgirl

So my GIGANTIC news for this week is that I have started school! Like real school. I actually started last week, but Mom was afraid I'd jinx how well I was doing if I talked about it too soon. She's all superstitious like that. Here I am showing off my first day of school outfit and my Hello Kitty backpack (of course). Mom really hopes this day doesn't foreshadow the school pictures to come because I refused to actually look at the camera.

I was so excited about school that Dad and I had to do some first day dancing before we left.

Because I did such a good job with going to school for the first time (I even nap for them! Mom wants to know how that is even possible....)Mom and Dad took me to my favorite place ever, dressed as Tinkerbell of course.

I saw all my old friends like Silvermist...

...and some new friends, like Goofy! I'm working on convincing them to come to school with me. I would rule Show and Tell if even one of them showed up.

If going to school means I get to go to Disneyland all the time, I am SO on board!

So remember how Santa brought me my very own digital camera? I thought I would share what a talented photographer I am.

Most of the pictures on my camera are some variation of this one because I keep the camera pointed at me instead of at the subject I'm photographing.

I think I am going to frame all these though and start a series called Pieces of Madison's Face. Local art dealers will go nuts for these. Contact me if you're interested and I'll give you the friends and family discount. Like .5%. Or maybe less. It depends on my mood.

Sometimes I get it right, mostly. So John's head is cut off a little, no one cares about his hairstyle anyways.

And seriously, Uncle Greg has never looked better. I'm available for weddings and special events but call soon because I am booking up fast.
