A day in the life

Psst! I have a secret to tell you. You can't tell anyone.

The allowance Mom and Dad were giving me just wasn't cutting it. I mean, how do they even call goldfish crackers an allowance? So I went to the store and took the cash register!

I brought the cash register home just long enough to pack my bags. Now I have to live my life on the run.

I am going incognito to hide from the law. You don't recognize me, do you?!

Ha! I am totally just kidding! I really had you going, didn't I?

Before and after

Hi again! I got to hang out with my cousin Taylor again this week. She's awesome. She's getting so big, isn't she? I admit, I'm a little envious off all her pretty hair. She how it lays down all nicely? Please see the pictures below to truly understand my jealously.

Taylor especially loves it when I give her smooches, even though my smooches are a little slobbery. I still haven't gotten her to kiss me back, but we're working on it!

So I thought it was time I show you how my hair looks when I first get out of bath time. It looks awesome doesn't it?

For some reason, Mom and Dad find it necessary to take all that awesome-ness and kill it with a brush. I much prefer the earlier style, don't you?!

Sighting

Hi people! Have I mentioned that I'm pretty fond of my Dad? He's always making me laugh. I guess I'll let him stick around for a little while. At least until I'm in my teens, but then I'll have to act like I don't know him.

I'm such a big girl now that I totally have conversations with Mom and Dad. They pretty much go like this: I name the characters from Sesame Street and Teletubbies, and Mom and Dad repeat what I say and clap because this is the greatest thing ever. Obviously.

So two of my favorite things are lights and tigers. Do you see that tiger sitting there? It actually is a flashlight! Two of my favorite things all rolled into one! How awesome is that?!

There was a sighting at our house this week of a creature that many believe only exists in urban legends. We actually caught on film the elusive Tushicus Madisonius. See if you can spot the creature in this photo:

Off to college

Hi again, it's been another week already! So, if you are going to give me the choice between reading a book and reading the Teletubbies DVD case, the Tubbs will win hands down. Is there something wrong with that?

Unless, of course, the book happens to be about kittens. Kittens are awesome.

Um, can someone please explain to me what those scary green dog things are behind me? If I just stand here and don't make eye contact, maybe they'll go away.

I have my backpack and my laptop, I'm totally ready for college. Hello Kitty is all the rage in universities these days, right?! I think I'll go get my stuff ready for the dorms.

Mom and Dad, I do have a college fund, right?!

Tons of Baby Fun

Hi again! I hope you all have been having a great week. Mine's been fun. Look how big I'm getting!

So here I am, having to teach Dad his ABCs again. I'm getting kind of bored going over and over them with him, but he's pretty cool, so I'll humor him.

I am totally fascinated by lights, even the play ones on my kitchen. If my career as a post smacker falls through, I may just be an electrician. Shocking, I know. (See what I did there? Man, I crack myself up!)

If you look over my shoulder, you can see that it is raining outside here. Can you tell I am getting serious cabin fever from being inside? Just look at me, I've practically lost all pigment in my skin. Or that might just be from Mom's photography "skills."

I know you all come here to get updates on how I'm growing and all the happenings in my life, but I wanted to make sure you also saw just how well my thumb is doing. It's awesome, isn't it?

So Mom is pretty sure that this is one of those videos that only she will think is so darn cute, because she's a little bit fond of me. So if you get bored, she wanted to make sure you were warned. But really, how could you get bored watching me?!
