So obvious

Hi again! Here I am in my Dad's Padres beanie. He's too embarrassed to wear it, since apparently they aren't so good, but I sure like taking it on and off. Not to mention the great things it does to my already crazy hair! Mom especially loves that part.

So Dad has finally figured out how to make me ham it up for the camera a little bit. Instead of saying cheese, he tells me to say Pinocchio and that makes me smile for sure! He's pretty clever, that guy.

I've heard that everybody who's anybody has a profile on the internet. I didn't want to be left out, so here's mine.

Here I am before bedtime, in my big girl chair. Dad thinks this is his chair, but I've got news for him. He should get used to it, though, because what's his is mine, right?

Sometime's a girl just wants to be free and breezy and watch a little TV. There's nothing wrong with that, is there?!

I know I showed you all last week how I'm a totally talented singer. In this video, I'm singing a song about, well, it's so obviously obvious what I'm singing about that I don't even have to tell you. Mom, who apparently isn't as smart as I know all of you are, had the nerve to ask me IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PERFORMANCE what I was singing about. That totally killed my artistic flow. I really can't be expected to create musical masterpieces under those conditions.

The next American Idol

Hi again! Here I am with Dad, in my new Minnie hat from Disneyland. We're a pretty cute pair, huh? I think I'll go ahead and keep him.

So apparently, Mom sees nothing wrong with sneaking into my room during naptime to take pictures of me while I'm sleeping. I expect some serious overtime from this little photo shoot. Notice, though, that one pacifier is clearly not enough for me.

Here's a quick shot of me before I've had my morning cup of coffee. I sure hope it isn't a telemarketer calling, if they know what's good for them!

This is the audition tape I am going to send in to be the next American Idol. You'd vote for me, right?! And just so you know, when I ask the Baker's man to bake me a cake, I ask him to mark it with an M and put it in the oven for Madison. You know, just in case that isn't totally clear from my singing.

The happiest place on earth!

Hi everyone! This week, Mom and Dad took me to Disneyland again! I got my ears out so that I would be all ready for the trip.

Here we are in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle. I'm pretty sure she was named after me, because I'm definitely a beauty when I'm sleeping. Drool and crazy hair and everything!

Here I am in the A from California Adventure. It was the perfect size for me, so we had to take a picture. Plus, Mom and Dad were looking for ways to entertain me until the park opened. I may have gotten a tad impatient. Just a tad.

My very favorite ride out of them all was Pinocchio. Probably because it had a kitty, and a goldfish that looked an awful lot like Dorothy from Elmo's World. We rode this ride at least 400 times. The ride guy, I am not even kidding, finally just let us stay on it rather than keep getting out and going back in line.

My second favorite ride was Monster's Inc. That's my favorite movie ever. Plus, I'm totally BFF with Boo. I only rode this ride about 300 times, but I still loved it.

Here I am on the carousel with Mom. She gets a little motion sick, and I was trying really hard to make her throw up this trip. She did okay, though. Plus, I needed some proof that she was there!
Here I am on Dumbo with Dad. Mom put her foot down on this one, because of the whole motion sickness thing, plus the heights? Totally not her type of ride. That's okay, because Dad takes me all the way up to the top, and gives Mom a heart attack while she's watching.

Mom and Dad got me little figures of the Monster's Inc. gang! I'm pretty sure this was my favorite part of the whole trip.

Man, this whole theme park thing is exhausting! Good thing my Dad is so good at carrying me everywhere. I've given him lots of practice.

Someday, I'll look back on this trip and just laugh and laugh.

Picture Premium

So I'm a little tired of having to work so hard all day to take cute pictures, with nothing in it for me. Do you realize how hard it is to sit still and smile all the time?! I've decided to not cooperate until the conditions around here improve.

Everytime someone tries to take my picture, this is what they are going to get!

I may have been smiling two seconds before this, but as soon as I see that camera, it's frown city!
Or even better, I'll just run away. You think that camera is fast?! It's got nothing on me!

But then it came to me! I can make this whole picture thing work to my advantage!

So let's see, nine bazillion dollars times ten pictures per week...carry the three...hmm, yes, I can work for that.

Okay fine, here you go. But I assume that my paycheck is in the mail.
