Statue hugs

I have this toy bin in the living room, where Mom and Dad keep some of my toys. They think by putting them in the bin, it will help keep the living room straightened up. Little do they know that I am totally on to them. I empty that bin all over the floor pretty much every day. And when there are toys I can't reach, I just get right in that bin so that I can get those ones on the floor too. That will teach them for always putting my toys away!

I'm thinking I really need to do something to improve the state of my stuffed animal collection. There aren't nearly enough. Mom and Dad, what can we do to rectify this situation?

Grammy and Papa took me to Shelter Island this week to ride the dinosaurs. No, really. See? That right there is a triceratops. She doesn't move too quick, but that's okay, I don't mind.

And she makes a great hiding place!

You know people, sometimes inanimate little girl statues crouching down and blowing bubbles with a bubble wand that totally doesn't match the rest of the statue need love too.

A day in the life....

For this week, I thought I would show you all a typical day for me. I don't know if you are going to be able to stand all the excitement, but I'll try to tone it down as much as I can. Here I am, starting my day as I do all my days, by looking cute.

I always make time for the important things in life, like playing with my castle. I'm a very generous ruler. I only punish my subjects when they do something unthinkable, like not letting me bend their legs so that they can ride the royal horse.

Look! It's Grammy! She's making a rare appearance around this corner of the web, as normally she would never allow pictures of herself to be taken. I think she might be in the witness protection program.

It's a good thing she let me get in a picture with her, because otherwise I'd be forced to pout.

After making time to visit my fans, I decided to stop at the park for a bit. Tinkerbell needed some fresh air and who am I to say no?

I finished off my day by helping Mom and Dad do the grocery shopping. I was so helpful. I graciously offered to hold everything they picked up, so that the majority of the groceries were with me in the little basket of the shopping cart.

So that was my day. I know, you're totally jealous.
